These terms govern your use of easierops.com and any services you purchase from EasierOps(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or purchasing our services, you agree to them.

What We Provide

We build conversion-focused websites and optimize Google Business Profiles for local service and trade businesses. The deliverables, pricing, and payment schedule for your project are the ones shown on the order page or checkout you accept.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the plan you choose, you pay either a one-time price or monthly installments. If you choose an installment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments; if payments stop before the plan is paid, we may pause work or suspend the website until the balance is settled. Optional monthly maintenance is billed as described when you sign up and can be canceled going forward at any time.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our sole goal is to help your business grow and attract leads easily. If you don't feel we delivered on that, and you don't want us to try to fix it, just ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. No hassles. We want you to be happy with our work. Your Part

Building your site requires your help. You agree to provide the business details, content, images, and access we reasonably request, and you're responsible for having the right to use any materials you give us. Project timelines depend on receiving them.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the finished website is yours, and your Google Business Profile always remains your own. We keep ownership of the general-purpose tools and know-how used to build it, and unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio. The content on easierops.com itself belongs to EasierOps.

No Guarantees Beyond the Above

Our work involves platforms we don't control, like Google. We can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volume. Except for the money-back guarantee above, our services are provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
