Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how EasierOps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit easierops.com (the “Site”) or purchase our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number. When you purchase a service, our payment processor collects your name, email address, and payment details.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information for security and to keep the Site running well.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on the Site, and we do not use cookies for marketing.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your project
- To provide and deliver the services you purchase
- To process payments and send receipts
- To administer our business, prevent fraud, and keep the Site secure
- To comply with legal obligations
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number. You can read how Stripe handles your information in the Stripe Privacy Policy. Please never send payment card information by email or text.
Service Providers We Rely On
We share information only with the service providers that make the Site and our business work, and only as needed for them to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our contact form, which may process your IP address to tell people from bots.
- Stripe processes payments, as described above.
- Brevo delivers the email messages generated by our contact form.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to anyone. Beyond the providers above, we only disclose personal information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
If you email us or subscribe to communications from us, your email address is kept confidential. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: any marketing email we send will identify us as the sender and include a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
Security
The Site is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and email in particular should not be treated as a secure channel for sensitive information.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to serve you, run our business, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
